In the end i conquered both of course, but given roleplay i could have spared one of them. The weakened enemy still gave casulties, and made it's fleet go away leaving their own planets defensless. Managed to gain an edge by weakening one with espionage, and the moment it happened, the other jumped in to destroy it, then i jumped on the "winner". It was a freaking cold war waiting for one to make the first step so the third can jump in and beat both who weakened each other. Any of us can attack any of us, and the powers were quite similar.
